Hair growth, among other things

This week, my little girl turned 3.

Wow... It is actually true. What everybody says. You can't deny it: those little kiddies do grow up quickly. Way too quickly. But at least, it's fair for a change: same thing for everybody.

And when I look back, I have absolutely no regrets so far.

The last 3 years have gone quickly, but I have enjoyed every single bit and I don't feel like I missed a thing. Of course, I have had my easy and hard moments, like everybody else but those 3 years have brought me so much in the end, I am just truly thankful.

This week, I am a bit sad because my baby is not a baby anymore (oh, come on, she is just 3! Of course she is still a baby!!) but at the same time I feel deeply happy.

Because this baby of mine, who will always be my baby no matter what, is just amazing (of course she is. I'm totally objective here) and she fills us with wonder everyday (no, I won't take the tantrum business into account).

Human beings are amazing.

The human body is amazing.

Let's take hair for example. It's crazy how quickly it can grow. I let you judge by yourself...

Impressive, isn't it?

Yes, hair grows quickly.

As does this kid who once upon a time was just a teeny tiny thing inside my tummy.

3 years ago, I became a mum for the first time and my new life began.

Happy birthday to you my little big baby.
